Simple answer is the only 'good' way to use the lvl 80 boost is on a second toon you use to get the glider and raptor mount then put it away and go back and level up naturally. Leveling in GW2 IS the tutoral. Besides, leveling for many of us was a very fun part of the game and it isn't the same going back on a Level 80 and doing the stuff.
In fact, pre level 80 content is for the most part sigificantly different from post level 80 content. Just the addition of elite specs alone can completely change the way you play a class. Coming from another game, you might think getting to 80 is a big plus, but even just running normally I can get to 80 in a day.
Ranger. Warrior. These are based on your three points in the order listed, so the leveling process is weighted more heavily than the dependence on an elite spec, which is weighted more heavily than the complexity at level 80. 5. ChappieBeGangsta.
With the current event providing 50% exp boost from all sources a single profession leveled up to 400 gives you over 11 levels and costs roughly 35 gold or so (except cooking, which is like 2g). The exp gains are percentage-based, always the same no matter the current character level. So, do the math. Second: To clear up a confusionHero Points are completely unrelated to Masteries.HPs come from levelling up to 80 and from Hero Challenges. They are used to buy skills an traits.Masteries uses tracks that you first have to fill with XP, then spend Mastery Points in.MPs come from achievements (some easy, some hard).
The boost sits in a shared inventory slot (blue icon instead of a normal bag) and it should be impossible to remove or delete it so the only way to get it out of there is to use it. Which means it should either still be in there or you used it when you got HoT. (It is possible to use it on a character who is level 80 already, in which case you

I'm currently playing as a Revenant and I really enjoyed the default build that comes with the Revenant after using the Level-80 Boost. But I changed everything after testing Renegade. I didn't like Renegade, because I keep dying and I want to go back to the default build, but I can't find it anywhere. The wiki does have the traits, but some of

Guild Wars 2 has one of the more unique leveling systems in all of MMORPGS. The games horizontal progression really lends itself well to more exploration and
The Standard Edition includes all three Guild Wars 2 expansions, along with a Shared Inventory Slot and a Level-80 Boost to help your character get started in Cantha. (This collection does not include Living World Seasons 2 through 5.) This collection is available now at a 30% discount during the Winter Sale for $34.99 USD. I recently purchased the first two expansions, which gave me a level 80 booster. Although I initially decided not to use it, I just found out that it also provides level 80 gear that would be beneficial for my character. According to the GW2 efficiency website, the booster is valuable, worth 343 gold. Since it cannot be sold, what would be the Same issue here. I bought the Ultimate edition, but the Shared Inventory Slot and Max Level 80 Boost have not arrived. (The 4000 gems also haven't arrived, but I saw that they said it may take up to 72 hours for delivery.) Been trying to submit a ticket but every time I try it says I'm not logged in.

Buying HoT with PoF isn't the same as "buying HoT" like other people did. They paid $60 for the expansion and that slot. Path of Fire was half the price at its most expensive and later gives away HoT for free with purchase, so no slot because the expansion was technically retired (hence the give away of the outfit and other related items) and doesn't exist anymore beyond the unique Masteries.

A boost will never take AWAY anything, if that's what you're worried about. It will simply give you access to the Silverwastes and all the items that come with it. You'd lose out on the experience required to reach 80, but if you've already levelled in a day you know how easy it is to reach 80 anyway. Fractals, start at level 1 or the low ranked dailies and work on your ascended armor for higher ones. WvW-try the dailies and try it out. Finish the story stuff including all of the expansion stuff and the level 80 maps. Work on a legendary. Find a weapon you really like and work towards it.

Returning player here, I played at release for maybe a year, and just started again about a week or so ago. I had a level 80 character from way back, and a couple of days ago, I decided to use one of my level 80 boosts to level up an alt. Going pretty good so far, as far as playing the character goes, but I have a weird question regarding the gear.

Make a new character, use the boost, delete the character, hence and repeat. #1. Hefutoxin Jan 2 @ 9:59am. Use it. A level 80 character using it will get all the equipment, bags, etc. Then delete the crap you don't want. However, some classes get full exotic Celestial gear, which isn't a bad alternate set to keep. #2.

But there are other bugs they don't give any details on (like all the times patch notes just say 'fixed a server crash') so it might be something else. But it's nothing to do with your account, everyone who has a level 80 boost is in the same situation and just waiting for Anet to fix it. 1.
They replied:"We understand that you’re seeking an exchange for Level 80 Boost. In some cases, Support does not have the ability to provide certain refunds or exchanges for items in-game. Sadly, we will be unable to exchange Level 80 Boost as requested.
I agree with the sentiment though I think it would be better to make 'Levels' a wallet currency, where all level boost items simply feed into that currency. Implement a vendor which trades that currency for the boost level you want, so you can just purchase a Level 80 boost, or Level 60 boost or whichever you choose.
