As you may have noticed, most Rise of the Witch-king players now use the popular .mds/.mdf DVD image files to play the game, rather than inserting their physical disc each time they want to start a match. Some people who have tried this method will extract the files, and do everything from there. The steps are A) Extract the ISO, B) Run the Autorun file and choose a place to install (these are now the install files), C) Now do all the remaining steps. For me it's both 1 + 2 and rotwk, also I just got the new update for the unofficial patch for rotwk 5.01 and it still crashes on startup. If bfme 1 and 2 do work for you on windows 10 it'd be nice to know what version and setup your using for it. Edit: I was just able to get BFME 1 to work, not sure how but BFME 2 still doesn't work.
